Indications

Precise Location
In the elbow region, on the upper border of the lateral epicondyle of the humerus, at the anterior edge of the supracondylar ridge.
Location Method
Flex the elbow. Measure 2 finger-widths (approximately 2 cun) obliquely upward and outward from Quchi (LI-11), at the outer edge of the triceps tendon – that is the point.
Massage Method
① Massage: Press, knead, or pluck with the thumb. ② Scraping therapy: Scrape from top to bottom. Tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis): Combine with Shousanli (LI-10). Upper arm pain with inability to raise: Combine with Jianyu (LI-15) and Binao (LI-14). Lateral epicondylitis of the humerus: Combine with Quchi (LI-11) and Shousanli (LI-10). Elbow joint contracture and pain: Combine with Tianjing (TE-10) and Shaohai (HT-3). Elbow pain with limited flexion/extension: Combine with Shousanli (LI-10) and Jianyu (LI-15) to unblock the meridians and collaterals.
