Máo Lì Yè (Leaf of Castanea seguinii) is a traditional Chinese medicinal material. It is the dried leaf of Castanea seguinii Dode, a plant belonging to the family Fagaceae.

Usage & Dosage

For oral administration: decoct in water, 15–30 g.

Decoct in water and drink. For abdominal distension (Color Illustrated Atlas of Natural Chinese Medicines, Volume 1) Take 10g each of Maoli leaf, Kuqiaotou (a local herb), and Cili (Rosa roxburghii). Decoct in water and drink.
