Jìng Miàn Cǎo (Mirror Grass) is a traditional Chinese medicinal material. It is the dried whole herb of Pilea peperomioides Diels (also known as Podophyllum cavaleriei Lévl.), a plant belonging to the family Urticaceae. It mostly grows on moist cliffs under forests at altitudes of 1,500–3,000 meters.

Usage & Dosage
For oral administration: decoct in water, 6–9 g. For topical application: take an appropriate amount, mash, and apply externally.
Contraindications
Should not be taken by patients with Spleen‑Stomach deficiency‑cold.
