Mì Máo Táo Yè Shān Hú Gēn is a traditional Chinese medicinal material. It is the dried root of Aucuba himalaica Hook. f. et Thoms. var. pilosissima Fang et Soong, a plant belonging to the genus Aucuba of the family Cornaceae. It grows in forests at altitudes of 1,000–1,300 meters. It is recorded in Zhonghua Bencao (Chinese Materia Medica).
